SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
WHERE WE SHIP
Most of our products ship Worldwide. We offer free standard shipping in the U.S. and options for international.
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Free Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days (but historically ships between 3-5 business days)
- Expedited: 3-5 business days (but historically ships between 2-3 business days)
- Overnight: 1-2 business days
U.K., Europe and Worldwide*
- Standard International: 14-21 days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
- International Trackable: For UK, 4-6 days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
* All tracking events may happen in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be 'stuck' at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

Applicable sales tax will be charged where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact email@example.com
If there your item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide us a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the issue, and the order number. You can send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive that information, we will ship a new product to you at no additional cost to you. Please note that all complaints regarding product quality need to be reported within 30 days from purchase in order to be eligible for replacement.
Any item post-dated after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
RECEIVING A REFUND
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
